Description
Cartoonist and author Terry Mosher (Aislin) gives an illustrated presentation on the life and legacy of photographer Gordon Beck, who died in 2019. “Beck spent nearly five decades chronicling Montreal’s history – for the Montreal Star and then for the Montreal Gazette – immortalizing Expo 67, John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s Bed-In for Peace, the 1976 Olympics and other major news events.” – Gazette obituary by Jason Madger. Terry Mosher’s talk is in conjunction with an exhibition of Beck’s photographs at the Atwater Library from November 2026 to May 2027. To REGISTER and get the Zoom link, click here.
